   2. Our services are paid using Fragments, a virtual currency that can be purchased and used to pay for any hosting services on our platform. Fragments are refundable, allowing you flexibility in how you use and manage your balance. The exchange rate for Fragments is set by LBC Hosting, and users are notified of the current rate at the time of purchase.

   3. We offer a pay-as-you-go pricing model with no long-term commitments. The cost of services depends on the server specifications, such as the game title, resource requirements (CPU, RAM, storage), and duration of use. Prices are calculated based on hourly or daily usage, and users are only charged for the resources they consume.

   4. Prices for game server hosting are subject to change, but any price changes will be communicated to users in advance. Users will always have the option to cancel or adjust their service before any new pricing takes effect.

   5. We accept the following payment methods for purchasing Fragments: PayPal, Revolut, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

   6. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our primary payment processor. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions, and LBC Hosting is not responsible for payment processing issues or fees beyond the service fees for hosting.

   7. Once you have purchased Fragments, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount. You can use your balance to pay for game server hosting services, which will be deducted from your available Fragments based on the hourly or daily usage rate.

   8. If your balance is insufficient to cover the cost of the service, your server will be suspended until additional Fragments are purchased. Payments are charged based on actual usage and will not exceed your available balance.

   9. We offer refunds for Fragments under certain conditions. If you are dissatisfied with our services or experience technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund. Refunds will be issued based on the unused portion of the purchased Fragments, and any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

   10. Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension of your account or services until payment is received. LBC Hosting reserves the right to charge a late fee if applicable, as specified in the service agreement. We may also take additional steps to recover any overdue payments, including restricting access to your account.

   11. All prices are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. Taxes applicable to your purchase, including VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other indirect taxes, will be calculated at the time of payment based on the applicable tax rates in your jurisdiction.

3. Refund Policy

   5. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase of Fragments. If the payment method is no longer available, we will issue a refund in the form of Fragments, which can be used to pay for future services.

   6. Refund Limitations may include:

      1. Once services are rendered, such as the activation of game servers or usage of resources, refunds will not be issued for the used portion of the service.

      2. Refunds for Fragments will only be issued for unused balances and may not be requested if Fragments have already been used for active services.

      3. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction to be considered eligible. Refund requests made after this period may not be processed.

   7. Refunds will not be granted for:

      1. User mistakes or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

      2. Services that have been used for purposes that violate these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for managing your Fragments balance and ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover your usage.

   6. While we make every effort to provide reliable and secure services, you are responsible for backing up any critical data stored on your game servers. LBC Hosting is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or any other issues arising from the loss of data. It is your responsibility to ensure that your server data is regularly backed up to avoid potential data loss.

   7. You agree not to modify, attempt to modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our services or infrastructure. This includes unauthorized attempts to alter the server configuration or data, install unapproved software, or manipulate the server environment in a way that could affect performance or security.
